Eco-Friendly Toasting System and Carbon Footprint Measurement. We have measured the carbon footprint of our patented convection toasting technology for barrels vs. traditional toasting used by the competition: it allows a net carbon emission 89% lower than traditional toasting used by the competition.

Seasonal Water Program Our program of curing and drying of wood with pulverized water

We have developed a program for applying misted water for wood curing, calculating the specific amount needed according to weather conditions. The program calculates the specific amount of water the staves need according to weather conditions and the time of year. This algorithm allows us to extract from underground water wells the exact amount needed by the staves. The recovered water is then used for agricultural irrigation, strengthening our connection with the community.

We have joined PROREP to ensure the responsible recycling of our packaging and containers, complying with the REP Law. In this way, each of our non-household packaging and containers completes its life cycle responsibly.
