CHIPS

Although commonly applied in an intermediate phase, their adaptability allows integration at various stages of the process, depending on the specific needs of each wine. With a polypropylene food-grade infusion mesh and hooks that facilitate attachment inside the tank, they guarantee a practical and safe user experience.

RICE

Particles between 2 mm and 8 mm.
The delivery rate of compounds is more gradual. It is also added in the first vinification stage or to give a final and quick touch to the wine before bottling.

POWDER

Small particles less than 2 mm. Generally used in the vinification stage with direct addition at crushing. Also used in some cases before bottling, where its high surface area quickly delivers its compounds to the wine.

VINTAGE BLEND

Its composition corresponds to a blend of 60% MT++ toasted oak and 40% untoasted oak. Unique recipe. Depending on the expected result, the chosen format will be (powder, rice, or chip). *Not available in Acacia, Cherry, or Lenga.
